I went here to use the pool. It’s actually part of BB SaPa resort and the reception is at this location, but the pool is about a 2 minute walk uphill. The pool is big and when I went I was the only person there. I paid 200,000 as a guest to use it for 1 hour. The pool temperature was a little cold - colder than other indoor pools I’ve used, and I couldn’t really warm up while swimming. It was cold outside so I wanted to use the pool to relax and exercise indoors. I understand it’s hard to heat up a large pool when it’s cold outside but still disappointing. Also, when I went to take a shower the water took over 10 minutes (not exaggerating) to get warm. The reception lady was very helpful, but I was shivering in my swimsuit waiting for the water to heat up. On the plus side, everything was clean and the pool was quiet. I wouldn’t go here on a cold day again though.

Three of us were staying at BB Resort and Spa and went to the Victoria Spa (part of the resort) for 3 hour treatments. We enjoyed the atmosphere and treatments. Water in Red Dao bath a little hot and also would have liked to have been offered water during our time there but overall a very enjoyable experience. Chuyen, Linh and Phay were all good therapists and very friendly. And cost was extremely reasonable.

This place wasn't on the map so I just added it. Impressed with the facilities. It has a tennis court, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and a small gym with a great view of the town . All very clean and for 200k dong you can't go wrong.

Tennis court and swimming pool looked fine, but in the gym room the treadmill was broken and needs replacing.
